13 Oct New Starmobile UP Rave Features Fingerprint Sensor, Long Battery Life, and 3D Stereo Sound
[13 October 2016] Filipino mobile technology leader Starmobile is giving consumers more options for affordable smartphones equipped with fingerprint sensors as it launches the dual-SIM Android Marshmallow Starmobile UP Rave.
“The UP Rave joins the recently launched UP Sense in giving customers the peace of mind provided by fingerprint sensor-enabled smartphones,” said Michael Chen, Starmobile Product Development Head. “While these smartphones help keep their photos, videos, emails and social media accounts extra-secure by providing access only to their owners, these also make things more convenient for them, as they can unlock access to files without having to remember passwords”.
Aside from providing greater security and control through its fingerprint sensor that can save up to five (5) fingerprints to the device, the UP Rave also allows users up to 13.3 hours talk and 4 days standby time through its bigger 4000 mAh battery.
With its bright and large 5-inch high definition (HD) screen with in-plane switching (IPS) that enables crisp and clear viewing of photos, videos, and websites, its 3D stereo sound that lets users enjoy music, videos, and games with loud, clear, and rich audio, the UP Rave is also a multimedia powerhouse.
Aspiring mobile photographers will also love its 8MP rear camera that takes amazingly bright and beautiful shots, while those who love taking selfies will have a blast its 8MP front camera with multi-shutter capability that they can activate by just smiling, flashing a “peace” sign, talking, or using the fingerprint sensor.
The Starmobile UP Rave will be available in Starmobile concept stores, kiosks, and authorized resellers nationwide next week for just Php 4,290.
